Proper health isn’t easy at first.  If you’re a beginner, just start with ‘good’ practices and then work your way up to ‘better’ and eventually ‘optimal’.  Personally, I’m still aiming for optimal; not sure if I’ll ever reach it, but I keep aiming for it because I know that it’s best for my body, my family and my well-being.

Be sure to get and give support to those around you without being labeled a ‘health nut’.  Avoid preaching and just say “this is what works best for me”.
